Whilst working for thepartnersetc the Vision project offered us the rare opportunity to not only build a brand from scratch but develop and implement a creative brand strategy including a rebrand of the parent company. Our creative strategy included an extended pre-launch campaign with targeted partners and resulted in over 70 expressions of interest in the first week of sales. Innovative property branding for this client included a branded hot air balloon floating clients over a dawn city sky at the height of the penthouse suite, a website featuring a talking host, Vip launches and strategic creative partnerships with Brisbane's premier brands including BMW, Queensland Ballet, and the International Film Festival. In the first six months the Vision project had reached double the sales figures of the rest of the inner city property market combined.
